PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES
- 30-minute or 1-hour sessions with a Personal Trainer
- Any sessions you pay for you never lose (the sessions roll over to the next month until all are used)
- Missed sessions can only be rescheduled when contacted within a 24-hour window
- A no-contact or no-show, sessions are lost

CLUB ENHANCEMENT FEE: $49.99
Real Time Fitness has a one-time a year, "Club Enhancement Fee". It happens 90 days into the membership, one time a year. We use fees/dues for gym/club improvements throughout the year. The only membership that does not get this fee is One Month Membership, and One Year Paid in Full. We always strive to make Real Time Fitness better every year, and with your support, we are able to do so. We thank you in advance for your support.
CANCELLATION/FREEZE POLICY:
Cancellation/Freeze Policy for Real Time Fitness is as follows. It's a 60-day notice cancellation/freeze policy to opt out/cancel membership/subscription with us. All memberships and personal training packages are month-to-month, with a 60-day notice policy. With that being said, you may be charged 1 to 2 more payments before you are completely canceled/frozen for no payments. You will need to email: customer.service.realtimefitness@gmail.com to cancel/freeze your account only! You will be able to use Real Time Fitness facilities 30 days after your last payment was made.
CANCELLATION/FREEZE/CHANGE POLICY INFORMATION:
The Cancellation/Freeze/Change Policy for Real Time Fitness is a 60-day notice to either freeze or cancel your account.
(You may only freeze your account/payment for 2 months out of each year!)
Three ways you can cancel or opt out of your membership or personal training package.
- All Real Time Fitness Memberships & Personal Training Packages are month-to-month, with a 60-day notice. Please email: customer.service.realtimefitness@gmail.com
- Provide proof of a different address; 25 miles out of the radius of the facility your membership/personal training package is with, and a 60-day notice to opt out. Please email: customer.service.realtimefitness@gmail.com
- Doctors note saying you are not able to participate for a while, or never, depending on medical reasons, or conditions. With a doctor's note, you have the option to freeze or cancel depending on your situation/condition/preference. The 60-day notice policy does not apply in this instance. Please email: customer.service.realtimefitness@gmail.com

Membership Sign-up instructions:

- Type Online Mindbody or download Mindbody Fitness app
- Create a profile
- Search for "Real Time Fitness" and select locations (Hackettstown, Andover, Roxbury)
- Select "View Pricing" on the bottom right of the page
- On the pricing screen, select "More"
- Find the "Membership" you would like to purchase, and Select
- Once you pay for your Personal Training Membership you will be "Active"
NOTE: Barcode & client ID number is the same on the app in retail!

It is expressly agreed that all use of the fitness facilities shall be undertaken by a member at his or her own risk, and the seller shall not be liable for any injuries or damage to any member or guest, or the property of any member or guest, or be subject to any claim, demand, injury, or damages whatsoever, including without any limitations. Those damages resulting from acts of active or passive negligence on the part of the seller, its successors, or assigns, as well as its officers and agents, for all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, action, or causes of action. It is especially agreed that the seller shall not be responsible or liable for loss or damage to any other property of members or their guests, including their automobiles and contents. It is also agreed that any damages to the club facilities or property, or to the property of any member by another.
