Michael Jensen-Lida

I've been a gym owner since I was 23 years old. A former Multiple National Qualified Super-Heavyweight

Bodybuilder. Ranked all-state soccer player in High School &

College.

Personal Trainer

Matt Sokolowski

After serving in the military for 5 1/2 years, I wanted to continue an education in fitness so I became a certified personal trainer in 1995. With over 20 years of experience, I have trained bodybuilders, athletes, weight loss clients, all with different levels of experience. I have also trained various law enforcement personnel in self-defense and martial fitness. I believe in building a strong base of core strength and basic exercises before progressing to more advanced techniques.

Nutrition Coach & Trainer

Hanna Araki 

For the past five years, I have been a personal trainer with a love for many different sports. I earned a B.S. in Nutrition & Food Science from the University of Vermont. I have a background in strength & conditioning and corrective exercises to not only help my client’s reach their goals, but have them moving their best. I can work with you to create a program that will yield lasting, sustainable results.

Chris Giannini

I am ISSA certified personal trainer and manager of the Andover Real-Time Fitness location. Being a baseball player throughout high school and college I was always interested in fitness. I have been training at Real-time Fitness for over 15 years. I live to keep the energy and the vibes high and works with each client personally to give them the right exercises and workout routines they need to reach their goals.
